If you are contacting us about a problem, please visit our Help page and also review the helpful tips below:

  • When the log in page says The email address and password you entered are not valid, this means that either
    1. You do not have an account on our website
      – please Register a new account.
    2. The email address or password you're entering is incorrect
      – please see the Forgot My Password page for help.
  • If you have been trying to reset your password but aren't getting the emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Emails are occasionally delivered there. Also, please configure your spam filtering software to always accept email from support@targetbsi.com. Please consult with your IT group or your spam filter software's manual for assistance.
  • If the log in page says your account is not active, we can resend the email with a link to activate your account.
  • Login to view and have access to all the resources on TargetBSI.
  • If you can't view a webinar, make sure you set your browser to allow pop-ups from www.targetbsi.com and www.webcastgroup.com. Webinars will open in these pop-up windows.
  • If you can't hear a webinar, make sure your computer has speakers and they are set to a comfortable volume.
  • Before viewing a webinar, Test your browser (opens in a new window or tab) to make sure you have the proper software installed to view the webinar.
    • If the test fails, contact your IT department to have them install the proper software and configure any firewalls they may have installed.
