Ms. Lembo, BSN, CRNI®, has been a registered nurse for 40 years with the past 20 years in the specialty of vascular access. She is currently Vascular Access Supervisor at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ.

Ms. Lembo is a past president of the local Infusion Nurses Society (INS) chapter. As a member of Association for Vascular Access (AVA) since 2000, she was served on the best practices committee and currently is a member of the Board of Directors.

Through the years, Ms. Lembo has been active in developing and managing infusion therapy educational programs including the Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) Education for Nurses and Healthcare Institutions conducted at The Valley Hospital .
